Class action lawsuit filed against governor, anti-gambling task force

A class action lawsuit was filed Thursday on behalf of people in Greene and Macon Counties against Gov. Bob Riley and his anti-gambling task force commander, John Tyson, claiming the men have violated the federal Voting Rights Act.
