I am trying to figure out why would the “jugde” tell the jury to convict somebody of a capital murder charge and turn around and give them another trial? Was it because the jugde didn’t like this man? Or was it because he(jugde) just didn’t know what to do in this situation? Not only that, but how did the police know who and how this happend when all this took place? I do know that there is a lot of information being left out..And if this stuff is going to be all over the internet and news then the whole story needs to be told not only what they want (us) their families and world to know.
